Ingredients:

Pancakes bananowe (6 szt.):

1 szklanka mąki pszennej
1 szklanka mleka
1 jajko
1 duża łyżka miodu
1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki cukru pudru
1 łyżka oleju
banan

Dodatek:

2 duże łyżki miodu
banan

1 szkl = ok. 250ml

Prepare instructions:

Jeśli ktoś pragnie umilić sobie np. poniedziałkowy ranek i słodko rozpocząć tydzień, gorąco polecam :) Według uznania można podawać z dodatkiem bitej śmietany, posypanej cynamonem lub kakao.

Składniki na placuszki mieszamy dokładnie (banana musimy rozgnieść widelcem i dodać do masy).

Nakładając łyżką na rozgrzaną (bez tłuszczu) patelnię, smażymy pancakes. W momencie gdy zauważymy bąbelki na ich powierzchni, przewracamy na drugą stronę.

Po usmażeniu wszystkich placków na tej samej patelni rozpuszczamy 2 łyżki miodu i smażymy na nim pokrojonego w plasterki banana.

Usmażonymi owocami i skarmelizowanym miodem polewamy placuszki i gotowe.

Więc ile jest potrzebne tych bananów? Bo i do placków i do sosu.

jeden do placków i jeden do sosu czyli 2 :) ale tak naprawdę można dać mniej lub więcej, jak kto lubi:)
