Ingredients:

1 1/2 szklanki maki
2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli
1 szklanka cukru
1 opakowanie budyniu waniliowego
2/3 szklanki oleju
3 jajka
5 duzych,dojrzalych bananow (nawet przejrzale czarne)-zmiazdzone widelcem
cukier puder do posypania lub polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

W misce laczymy make,proszek do pieczenia,sol,cukier i budyn.
W innej misce dokladnie laczymy jajka,banany i olej miksujac wszystko razem.
Dodajemy suche skladniki i miksujemy dokladnie.

Piec w keksowce ok.1 godziny w temperaturze 160 stopni C (350 F)
Gdy wystygnie posypac ciasto cukrem pudrem lub udekorowac polewa.

Mozna dodawac do ciasta bakalie,orzechy,kawalki czekolady wg wlasnego gustu.

Robiłam te ciasto. Jest bardzo proste i baaaaaaaaardzo smaczne. Jest jednym z ulubionych ciast mego synka.A on jest bardzo wybredny. Właśnie zaraz znowu będę je piekła na prośbę mojego Kubusia. Pozdrawiam autorkę przepisu.
