Ingredients:

30 dkg masy marcepanowej
15 dkg maki pszennej
10 dkg cukru pudru
3 jajka
12 dkg miekkiego masla lub margaryny
80 ml smietany gestej
2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
kilka kropli olejku migdalowego lub waniliowego
30 dkg sliwek (lub innych owocw np: jablka,brzoskwinie)

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Marcepan drobno pokroic i rozetrzec z cukrem pudrem.Dodac maslo i utrzec na kremowa mase. Dodawac po 1 jajku, za kazdym razem dobrze ucierajac. Przesiac make z proszkiem do pieczenia, dodawac porcjami do masy ciagle ucierajac. Na koniec wlac smietanke i aromat, wymieszac mikserem.
Foremke, najlepiej tortownice ( moja o srednicy 21cm) wysmarowac maslem i wysypac bulka tarta. Wlac ciasto.
Na gorze poukladac owoce pokrojone w osemki.
Piec 50 min w temp 180 stopni ( pod koniec pieczenia zmniejszyc do 160).

Ja mam takie pytanko: Gdzie kupić masę marcepanową i jak ona wygląda? Nigdy jej nie widziałam w sklepie...

Patrycjo mase marcepanowa mozna kupic w delikatesach albo supermarketach. Tylko czasami trzeba troszke poszukac. Wyglada i smakuje jak marcepan, tylko jest bez czekolady. A jezeli chcesz mozesz rowniez sama zrobic, przepis podaje na WZ. Pozdrawiam!
