Pleśniak z agrestem

Ingredients:

250 g margaryny

3 łyżki smalcu

4 szklanki mąki

5 jajek

1 szklanka cukru

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 słoik agrestu w cukrze lub z kompotu (ok. 300ml)

3 łyżeczki kakao

* szklanka 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę, smalec, mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i żółtka posiekać nożem i zagnieść ciasto.

Ciasto podzielić na 3 równe części i do jednej dodać kakao. Wszystkie części ciasta włożyć do zamrażalnika na pół godziny.

Pianę z 5 białek ubić na sztywno ze szklanką cukru.

Jedną część ciasta rozłożyć końcami palców na blasze. Na to zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach ciasto z kakao. Następnie rozsypać odsączony wcześniej na sicie agrest, wyłożyć pianę z białek i zetrzeć na tarce ostatnią część ciasta.

Piec około 45 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni. Po przestygnięciu polukrować.

Zamiast agrestu można użyć np. wiśni.

W tym roku miałam zatrzęsienie jabłek, gruszek i dyni do przerobienia, ale w przyszłym roku nastawiam się na czarną porzeczkę i... agrest. Uwielbiam pleśniaka z agrestem - do tej pory jadłam wersję bez kakao i bez lukru, ale chyba warto spróbować ciemnego ciasta na smalcu do tego owocu :)

lepszy jest jak się skubie ciasto a nie tarkuje.
