Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1/2 kg mąki pszennej
1 szklanka cukru
5 jajek
1 kostka margaryny
aromat cytrynowy
1 łyzeczka smalcu
2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 płaska łyzeczka sody oczyszczonej
kakao (ok.2 łyżeczek)
1 duzy kisiel cytrynowy
owoce - np.agrest,jabłka,wydrylowane wiśnie lub co kto lubi

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę ,proszek,sodę,3/4 szklanki cukru,aromat i żóltka oraz rozpuszczoną margarynę ze smalcem dokładnie wymieszać i wyrobić ciasto - ja dodaje jeszcze aromat cytrynowy (taki jak kisiel do piany).Ciasto podzielić na 3 części :1 wymieszać z kakao ,drugą włozyć do lodówki a trzecią wyłozyc blachę (ja użyłam 25/25).
Białka ubic z resztą cukru i z kisielem,przygotować owoce - dziś użyłam jabłka,ale świetnie pasuje agrest lub rabarber.Na jasnym cieście wyłozyć owoce,następnie pokruszyć ciasto ciemne,ale tak oby przykryć owoce,następnie białko ubite cukrem i kisielem i następnie ostatnia jasną część ciasta poskubać lub pokruszyć na pianę.Wstawić do piekarnika na ok.50 minut w temperaturę 170 ^oC.Wierzch można polać lukrem lub posypać na sucho cukrem pudrem

Ciasto jest bardzo proste i bardzo smaczne.

Skubańca zrobiłam wczoraj wieczorem. Piekłam go ok. 40 minut i ciut za bardzo się przypiekł (oczywiście nikomu to nie przeszkadzało;)). W smaku jest świetny!!!
Jedyną rzeczą, jaka mi nie wyszła, jest pianka. Po ubiciu wyszło jej bardzo dużo, natomiast po wyciągnięciu z piekarnika była już opadnięta:/ Czy wiesz Kamilko może co jest tego przyczyną? Pytam, bo chciałabym jeszcze wrócić do tego przepisu:)
