bardzo łatwe paprykowe indycze kulki

Ingredients:

-pół kilo mięsa kulinarnego z indyka -2 duże papryki -sos paprykowo-pomidorowy amino -papryka słodka i ostra w proszku -fix knorra do mięsa mielonego -mąka do obtaczania ok pół szklanki -wywar z kostki rosołowej -2 torebki ryżu

Prepare instructions:

-papryke umyć, usunąć nasionka i pokroić w drobną kostkę -mięso przygotować z fixem i dodać łyżeczkę papryki w proszku -uformować kulki ok 4cm wewnątrz których umieścić po kawłeczku papryki -mąkę wymieszać z papryką w proszku (ok 2 łyżeczki) i obtoczyć w niej kulki -gotować kulki w wywarze z kostki ok 15 min -przygotować sos wg przepisu na opakowaniu i dodać pod koniec gotowania reszte pokrojonej papryki -kulki podawać z gotowanym ryżem polane sosem smacznego

zdecydowanie lepsze byłby gdyby były smażone. podczas gotowania trochę się rozpadają

ale ogólnie danie jest dobre. :)

ale numer! nie wiedialam ze takie mieso macie! no to ja nic nie poradze, rob jak chcesz, a papryki mieszaj wg gustu, smacznego
