hmmm no dobrze tylko ze ciasta na muffinki nie mozna zadnym mikserem mieszac nawet recznym bo beda gumowate.

ostatecznie można upiec w foremkach do babeczek;)))

Ja upiekłam w formach do babeczek i dodałam startą skórkę z cytryny. Zrobiły się z nich 'kapelusze' ale były pyyycha! A tak mi wyszły:
