Ingredients:

ok 2,5 kg ziemniaków

2 jajka

30 dag mąki ziemniaczanej

szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrac i ugotowac. Odrobine schlodzic.Przecisnac przez praske do ziemniakow lub zmielic w maszynce do miesa (na malych oczkach).

W misce podzielic ziemniaki na 4 czesci,jedna czesc wybrac i wsypac w to miejsce make ziemniaczana,wbic jajka,wsypac szczypte soli,dokladnie wyrobic ciasto.

Formowac w dloniach z ciasta kulki,odrobine je splaszczyc,i zrobic palcem dziurke( w powstalym zaglebieniu wspaniale zostaje potem sosik).

Na osolony wrzatek wkladac kluski,gotowac ok 2 minut po wyplynieciu klusek na powierzchnie.

Z ilosci podanych w przepisie wychodzi ok 30 klusek.

Według takiego przepisu robię kluski śląski.

Znam te nazwę kluski Ślaskie,ale spotkałam się już z opinia ze w Sląskich nie ma jajka,i dlatego nazwalam je Białe

mniammmmm rewelacyjne, polecam wszystkim, ktorym wczesniej z innych przepisow nie wychodzily :)
