Bigos żydowski

Ingredients:

1 kg cebuli, 2 ząbki czosnku, 0,5 kg wołowiny bez kości (łata, pręga, karkówka), 1 szklanka rosołu wołowego (ostatecznie może być z kostki), oliwa do smażenia, sól, pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokroić drobno (jak na gulasz), przesmażyć na oliwie do utraty surowego wyglądu, przełożyć do garnka. Zalać rosołem, dusić wolno pod przykryciem, aż będzie półmiękkie. Dodać cebulę pokrojoną na dość grube półplasterki i zmiażdżony czosnek. Dusić dalej, mieszając co 5 min, do miękkości cebuli (cebula nie może się zrumienić i nie może być rozgotowana). Przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Podawać z dowolnym pieczywem

Bigos bez kapusty? Ja tu chyba czegoś nie rozumiem.

Wszystko w porządku. W mojej rodzinie od dawna tak nazywano wołowinę duszoną z dużą ilością cebuli. Czasmi moja babcia dodawała trochę (1 - 2 łyżeczki) koncentratu pomidorowego

Na pewno ugotuję na dobrej wołowince. To musi być jedzonko najwyższego sortu. Pozdrawiam.
