Biszkopt kakaowy natki wz

Ingredients:

6 jajek

3/4 szklanki mąki pszennej typ 450

3 łyżki kakao

3/4 szklanki cukru

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

1. Białka ubić na sztywno z cukrem ( cukier dodajemy, gdy piana jest już dość sztywna).

2. Do bardzo sztywnej piany z cukrem dodajemy po jednym żółtku nadal ubijając robotem, ale na najniższych obrotach.

3. Do jajecznej masy porcjami przesiewamy mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem i kakao a następnie delikatnie mieszamy drewnianą łyżką.

4. Wylewamy ciasto do formy, np. tortownicy o średnicy 26 cm lub blaszki mniejszych rozmiarów, np. 24x 26 cm. Jeżeli chcemy cienki biszkopt oczywiście wybieramy odpowiednio większe blaszki.

5. Biszkopt wstawiamy do lekko nagrzanego piekarnika i pieczemy w temperaturze 160 stopni około 25 - 30 minut.

6. Po wyłączeniu piekarnika nie uchylamy drzwiczek przez około 10 minut.

To jest biszkopt więc napewno chodzi o 3/4 szklanki mąki.Myślę,że autorka się nie obrazi.

Oczywiście, że chodzi o ilość mąki w szklance. Bardzo dziękuję za udzielenie za mnie odpowiedzi. Tak dawno wstawiłam ten przepis, a do tej pory nie zwróciłam uwagi, na ten błąd. Serdecznie pozdrawiam.
