SŁ-1 szkl.cukru

O-1/3 łyżeczki imbiru

S-sól

K-1 szkl.mąki pszennej

K-1 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

G-1/3 łyżeczki kurkumy

SŁ-1/2 szkl mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić.dodać cukier idalej ubijać następnie dodać żółtka i dalej ubijać dodać imbir sól.osobno w miseczce wymieszać mąkę pszenną , proszek do pieczenia ,kurkumę i mąkę ziemnaczaną delikatnie sypać do ubitych jajek.wymieszać i piec 35 min w temp 180*c

śmietana:

3 smietany 30%

3łyżeczki żelatyny

6łyżek cukru pudru

śmietanę ubić dodać cukier a następnie żelatynę rozpuszczoną w 1/2 szkl.gorącej wody ostudzić i wlać do śmietany wyłożyć na przekrojony biszkopt przykryć biszkoptem i wyłożyć resztę śmietany posypać startą czekoladą

BISZKOPT można nasączyć :sok z całej cytryny,gorąca woda ok 1 szkl.cukier wg uznania,trochę wódki pół kieliszka

To są smaki KWAŚNY GORZKI SŁODKI OSTRY SŁONY taka kolejność jest prawidłowa i nazywa się pięć przemian -polecam to tak jak z chemią smaki się mieszają i powstaje reakcja
