Brownie z serkiem mascarpone

Ingredients:

- 3 gorzkie czekolady (300 g),
- 200 g masła,
- 3 jajka,
- 280 g cukru pudru,
- 130 g mąki,
- 125 g mascarpone
- szczypta soli.

Prepare instructions:

Słodki przepis na niebiańsko smaczne ciasteczka. Muszą być chrupkie na zewnątrz i mokre w środku.

1 czekoladę trzemy na tarce i wkładamy do lodówki. 2 pozostałe łamiemy na małe kawałki i rozpuszczamy nad kąpielą wodną razem z masłem (wcześniej pokrojonym). W misce ubijamy na puszystą masę jajka, cukier i mascarpone, dodając szczyptę soli. Rozgrzewamy piekarnik (160 stopni). Studzimy rozpuszczoną czekoladę. Następnie mieszamy ją z jajeczną masą. Przesiewamy mąkę i dodajemy ją powoli do naszej masy. Dokładnie mieszamy. Blachę (najlepiej 20 cm na 30 cm) wykładamy papierem do pieczenia. Wylewamy i rozsmarowywujemy masę. Posypujemy wcześniej startą czekoladą. Wkładamy do piekarnika na ok. 30 minut. Wyjmujemy, studzimy, a następnie kroimy na spore kwadraty (lub dowolne kształty, np. trójkąty). Można posypać cukrem pudrem bądź polać czekoladą.

W moim przypadku nie jest ścisle według przepisu - dałam tylko szklankę cukru pudru (ok.180g), mam wrażenie, że 280g to byłoby zbyt dużo.

Nie mniej jednak - przepyszne, i szczerze polecam :)
