Ingredients:

Chleb tostowy

Ser Mozarella wędzony :) ( sprzedają taki w blokach )

Oliwa z oliwek

Pomidory koktailowe

Bazylia

Sól

4 ząbki czosnku

Jeżei chodzi o ilości to wede uznania w zależności od ilości gości lub apetytu :) ja dla 4 osób ( ma to być przekąska :) używam :

3/4 Chleba tostowego

30 dkg sera

jedno opakowanie pomidorów koktailowych

jedna doniczkę bazyli

2 szklanki oliwy z oliwek

4 zabki czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Do naczynia wrzucić przekrojone w ćwiartki pomidorki oraz poszatkowaną bazylię i czosnek zalać olejem posolić.

Chleb tostowy ułożyć na blasze, posypać startym na tarce ( grube oczka ) serem mozarella.

Włożyć do piekarnika nastawionego na 180 st. z grzaniem z dolu i z góry.

Gdy ser się stopi i zarumieni wyjąć tosty rozłożyc na talerze ( ja daje po dwa ) a na wierzch polozyc nasze pomidorki w zalewie.

Przekaska gotowa - Smacznego

Jadlem wiele odmian tej przekąski ale to przygotowanie moim zdaniem jest najlepsze nazwa taka bo pokazała mi je moja koleżanka, która wyemigrowała do Włoch :)

No sprzedają takie w sklepach na doniczki plastikowe :)

pyszne nawet bardzo i szybkie ja dalam zwykle pomidory (brak koktajlowych)obrane ze skorki i usunelam nasionka ale naprawde pychotka POLECAM

Jak bruschetta to koniecznie musi byc czosnek! Zabkiem czosnku nacieramy kromeczki i dopiero potem cala reszta skadnikow. Pozdrawiam!
