Bułeczki scones

Ingredients:

1,5 szklanki mąki
1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżka cukru
1 całe jajko
1 żółtko i 1 białko
3 łyżki zimnego masła
4 łyżki maślanki
sól

Prepare instructions:

Na stolnicę wysypać mąkę z proszkiem, cukrem i solą. Dodać posiekane masło i rozdrobnić palcami na grubość kaszy (podobnie jak kruszonkę).
Zmiksować maślankę, jajko i żółtko. Całość dodać do mąki i zagnieść ciasto, podsypując mąką jeśli za bardzo się lepi.
Rozwałkować na grubość ok. 1,5cm i wycinać szklanką małe krążki o średnicy 4-5cm.
Ułożyć na blasze wyłożonej pergaminem, wierzch każdej bułeczki posmarować rozmąconym białkiem.
Wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do temperatury 200 stopni C na mniej więcej 20 minut (aż się ładnie zarumienią).

Po raz pierwszy spróbowałam tych bułeczek w Londynie, a znajomy cukiernik podarował mi przepis, który trochę zmodyfikowałam. Scones gościły nawet na stole weselnym Kate i Williama - jest to naprawdę niebiański przysmak

Man pytanie odnośnie jajek.
Czy to ma być 1 jajko +1 żółtko +1 białko? Sprawdż proszę.Pozdrawiam

Oj przepraszam już się doczytałam ,białko jest do posmarowania bułeczek.

Dokładnie tak - całe jajko i jedno żółtko idą do ciasta a białkiem smarujemy wierzch pozdrawiam !
