burito po polsku

Ingredients:

Składniki:
- 250 g mąki,
- mleko,
- piersi z kurczaka,
- papryka surowa,
- ogórki kiszone,
- pieczarki,
- ser żółty,
- oraz gotowy sos do potraw meksykańskich w słoiku (polecam sos meksykański z Łowicza),·- sól,
- ostre przyprawy,
- oliwa z oliwek (w zamian może być olej).

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki i mleka z odrobiną soli zrobić ciasto na naleśniki, naleśniki podsmażyć i ostudzić, drób pokroić w wąskie paski, to samo zrobić z warzywami, mięso podsmażyć na oliwie z oliwek wraz z przyprawami, warzywa dusić na osobnej patelni też dodając około 3 łyżek oliwy z oliwek doprawić do smaku. witam, robilam to burito nie raz .... nie dwa :) i z reka na sercu moge polecic .Oczywiscie do farszu mozna dodawac jeszcze inne skladniki np kukurydze,fasole i co tam nam jeszcze przyjdzie do glowy....pychotka :)
