Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

6 jajek

1 szkl.cukru kryształu

5 łyżek mąki pszennej

3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

3 łyżeczki kawy mielonej

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Krem:

2 szkl.mleka

1 szkl.cukru kryształu

8 łyżek kawy cappuccino(zwykłej,np.z magnezem)

1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej

3 łyżki mąki pszennej

3 żółtka 1,5 kostki margaryny

Pianka:

2 szkl.mleka

2,, Śnieżki"

kawa cappuccino(ta,która pozostała w opakowaniu)

3 łyżeczki żelantyny

Dodatkowo:dżem z czarnej porzeczki

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:

Białka ubić na sztywno,dodać cukier,żółtka,obie mąki z proszkiem,na końcu kawę.

Upiec,przekroić na 2 części.Jedną część posmarować dżemem z czarnej porzeczki.

Krem:

1,5 szkl.mleka zagotować z cukrem.Resztę składników dokładnie wymieszać,wlać do gotującego się mleka z cukrem,chwilę mieszać(budyń będzie ciut rzadkawy),odstawić do wystudzenia.Utrzeć z margaryną.

Pianka:

Mleko zagotować,dodać cappuccino,wystudzić.Dodać Śnieżki,ubić.Żelantynę rozpuścić w niewielkiej ilośći wody,dodać do ubitych Śnieżek.

Przełożenie:

Część biszkoptu posmarowana dżemem-3/4 kremu-druga część biszkoptu-reszta kremu-pianka-posypać mieloną kawą.

Cieszę się,że smakowało,to jedno z ulubionych ciast moich domowników.

Zrobiłam dzisiaj z małymi modyfikacjami, a mianowicie ugotowałam tylko kawową masę dodając trochę capucino i trochę kawy mielonej, bez żółtek i dałam połowę w środek placka, a resztę na wierzch.Pianki nie robiłam, wierzch posypałam kakao. Pyszne ciasteczko.
