Cebula w cieście piwnym PYCHA

Ingredients:

- 1 kg dużych cebul
- olej do głębokiego smażenia
CIASTO
- 20 łyżek mąki
- szczypta soli
- 2 łyżki oleju
- 4 jajka
- półtorej szklanki jasnego piwa

Prepare instructions:

Obrać cebule i pokroić w plastry grubości 3 mm, a następnie rozdzielić na pojedyncze plastry.
Zmiksować wszystkie składniki na ciasto. Powinno mieć konsystencję gęstej śmietany. Jeżeli będzie za rzadkie, dodać mąki, jeśli za gęste - piwa. Zanurzać krążki cebuli w cieście i zrumienić na mocno rozgrzanym tłuszczu. Odsączyć na papierowym ręczniku.
Ja podaję cebulkę z ketchubem lub sosem słodko kwaśnym. Można posypać ją przyprawami.
W takim cieście można smazyć jabłka lub banany.

Mi ciasto wyszło zdecydowanie za żadkie , ale to kwestia mąki chyba .Posypałam wcześniej cebulkę przyprawą do ziemniaków .Smakowało wszystkim , naprawdę super przepis

Mi również wychodzi czasami za żadkie ale ja wsypuje wtedy wiecęj mąki aż do uzyskam gęstej śmietany.
