Chinkali - gruzińskie pierogi

Ingredients:

0.75 kg mąki
jajko
2 szklanki wody
mięso mielone
cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
natka pietruszki , kolendra , estragon (najlepiej świeże , ale mogą być też suszone) , sól , pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Robimy ciasto jak na pierogi

nadzienie:
Do surowego miesa dodajemy zioła, sól i pieprz. Rozcieńczamy mięso szklanką wody ( ma mieć formę półpłynną). Cebulę i czosnek kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do mięsa. Mięso wkładamy do lodówki na ok 30 min.

Ciasto rozwałkowujemy na ok 0.5 cm . Szklanką wykrawamy koła. Robimy dzbanuszek z dłoni. Kładziemy tam ciasto , nakładamy nadzienia i zalepiamy w kwiatuszek( krańce ciasta zawijamy do środka , zagniatamy łączenie tak aby pierożka można było trzymać za dziubek)

Chinkali gotujemy w lekko osolonej wodzie. Po nałożeniu na talerz posypujemy pieprzem

Wyśmienite. Mojemu chłopakowi tak zasmakowało że poprosił o zrobienie jeszcze, na drugi dzień. heh
