Chleb pszenno-orkiszowy-maszynowy

Ingredients:

300 ml letniej wody
2 łyżki oleju słonecznikowego
2 łyżki miodu
1,5 łyżeczki soli
240 g mąki orkiszowej razowej
240 g mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki drożdży suszonych

Dodatki:
75 g ziaren lnu
25 g ziaren słonecznika

Prepare instructions:

Do formy wlać wodę, dodać wszystkie składniki w kolejności w jakiej są obok, włączyć program do chleba pelnoziarnistego.

Przepis jest kombinacją receptury dołączonej do MOULINEXA i mojej własnej

Łyżeczka to odpowiednik małej miarki dołączonej do moulinexa, łyżka to duża miarka.

sprawa drożdży tez mnie ciekawi, bo ja tez jestem zainteresowana tym przepisem - mąka orkiszowa czeka ...

Przepis trafił do ulubionych.Mam jedną małą uwagę jak dla mnie jest troszkę za mało słony dała bym 2 łyżeczki soli.

Serdecznie polecam.
