Ingredients:

Zaczyn drożdżowy (w większej misce):

250g białej mąki
20 g świeżych drożdży
1/2 łyżeczki cukru
450 ml ciepłej wody

Składniki suche (w mniejszej misce):

450g białej mąki
1 łyżeczka soli
1 łyżeczka cukru
15 g masła lub smalcu

4 łyżki musli (lub otrębów) - ja dałam połowę (można nie dodawać)

Prepare instructions:

Zrobić zaczyn drożdżowy i pozostawić na 15 minut w ciepłym miejscu.
Suche składniki wymieszać i wsypać do zaczynu. Wyrabiać ciasto przez 5 minut.
Wyrobione ciasto przykryć folią i pozostawić w ciepłym miejscu na 30 minut.
Wyrośnięte ciasto uderzyć mocno ręką aby usunąć bąble powietrza.
Uformować bochenek chleba lub włożyć ciasto do keksówki
wysmarowanej tłuszczem i posypanej mąką lub otrębami
(zająć tylko 1/2 wysokości formy).

Poczekać aż ciasto wyrośnie do podwójnej objętości i piec w
piekarniku w temperaturze 230 stopni
przez ok. 20 minut (sprawdzać patyczkiem).

Ps. Na zdjęciach chleb bez musli.

Oto moj chlebek: Jak dotad jakos nie pieklam chleba, zawsze latwiej jest go kupic. A tu prosze, skusilam sie i pewnie nie raz jeszcze zagosci na naszym stole swiezo upieczony, wlasnorecznie zrobiony, pachnacy chlebus.
