Chrzanowy żurek na boczku

Ingredients:

Bardzo lubię boczek gotowany w ziołach. Wody z gotowania nie wylewam ale przygotowuję na niej żurek. Jest pyszny!

30-40 dag boczku gotowanego w kawałku
2 laski toruńskiej
0,5l butelka żurku
3-4 łyżeczki chrzanu tartego
3 liście laurowe
kilka ziarenek ziela angielskiego
2 ząbki czosnku
kilka ziarenek kolorowego pieprzu
kostka warzywna
1 łyżka majeranku
sól, pieprz do smaku
jajka na twardo
natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Zagotować 2,5 l wody. Do gotującej się wody dodać boczek, liście laurowe, ziele angielskie, czosnek i pieprz. Gotować ok 20 minut. Wyjąć boczek i zioła. Boczek odstawić do ostygnięcia, będzie na kanapki ;)

Kiełbasę pokroić w półplasterki (można przesmażyć przed wrzuceniem do żurku). Do zupy wlać żurek, dodać kostkę warzywną, chrzan, kiełbasę, czosnek zmiażdżyć na papkę i zostawić w zupie. Gotować ok 20 minut, pod koniec dodać majeranek, ewentualnie doprawić jeszcze do smaku.

Żurek podawać z jajkiem i posypany natka pietruszki.

Bardzo dobry, bo też taki robię :) ....ale najlepiej zrobić własny zakwas na żurek ....a nie z butelki ....wtedy to jest całkiem inny smak i o wiele zdrowiej :)....pozdrawiam i jak najbardziej polecam :)
