ciasto kakaowe z jabłkami zwane salcesonem

Ingredients:

5 jabłek
szklanka cukru
łyżeczka sody
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
łyżeczka cynamonu
cukier waniliowy
2 łyżki kakao
2 szklanki mąki
3/4 szklanki oleju
3 jajka

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka obrać, pokroić na ćwiartki i wyciąć ogryzek. Taka ćwiartkę kroję jeszcze raz na pół i w pół centymetrowe kawałki. Wrzucić jabłka do naczynia które pomieści wszystkie składniki i będzie jeszcze miejsce żeby je poźniej wymieszać. Na jabłka nasypać wszystkie sypkie składniki, zalać olejem i rozbełtanymi jajkami. Wstawić na godzinę do lodówki. Nie mieszać!!! Po godzinie wyjąc z lodówki i dokładnie wymieszać. Wystarczy do tego łyżka. Ciasto wychodzi gęste. Wygląda to tak jakby jabłka byly obtoczone ta kakaową masą. Piec 45-50 minut w 180 stopniach. Smacznego :)

Ciasto jest rewelacyjne! Konststencja na początku mnie przeraziła, bo takie gęste, ale wyszło świetne. Przepyszne, polecam .

Robiłam dziś, super, fakt konsystencja lekko na początku straszy, bałam się że mi nie wyjdzie, ale wyszło jest smaczne, z mlekiem pycha, może tylko lekko się kruszy ale wart polecenia;-)))))))) mniemmmmm...
