Ciasto na pizzę oryginalne

Ingredients:

PROPORCJE NA 1 PIZZĘ
O ŚREDNICY OK. 30cm

- 20 g drożdży
- 200 g mąki
- 125 ml letniej wody
- 1 łyżeczka cukru
- 1/2 łyżeczki soli
- 2 łyżki oleju lub oliwy

Prepare instructions:

1. Mąkę przesiać do miski, zrobić w niej niewielkie wgłębienie.
2. Do tego wgłębienia pokruszyć drożdże, posypać cukrem i zalać letnią wodą. Przykryć ściereczką i odstawić w ciepłe miejsce na 30 minut.
3. Następnie dodać sól i oliwę. Wszystko wymieszać i wyrabiać ciasto tak długo, aż będzie elastyczne i będzie dobrze odchodzić od rąk i od miski. W razie, gdyby było zbyt rzadkie, można dosypać jeszcze trochę mąki.

4. Wyrobione ciasto znów przykryć i odstawić na kolejne 30 minu.
5. Po tym czasie, wyrośnięte ciasto, jescze raz zagnieść, rozwałkowac na opruszonej mąką stolnicy na okrągły placek. Można też od razu wylepić nim blaszkę. Blaszka powinna być cienko posmarowana olejem i opruszona mąką.
6. Na cieście rozsmarować sos, ułożyć ulubione składniki, posypać startym serem. PIEC W 220 STOPNIACH 20-25 MINUT.

Polecam, ciasto jest cienkie i mięciutkie, jest naprawdę bardzo smaczne:))

Robiłam już ze 30 razy:-) ale moja żelazna zasada brzmi: 13 minut pieczenia!!! Ani minuty więcej!!! Wtedy jest mięciutkie, nie chrupiące.
