Ingredients:

1 l mleka

3/4 szkl. cukru

3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

2 łyżki mąki pszennej

300g wiórek kokosowych

1 cukier waniliowy

3/4 kostki masła

3 żółtka

2 opakowania krakersów

Prepare instructions:

Z mleka odlać 1/2 szkl. dodać żółtka - wymieszać. Dodać mąki i dokładnie wymieszać. Resztę mleka wlać do rondla, dodać cukier i masło. Gdy jest już gorące dodać mleko z żółtkami i mąką. Zmniejszyć ogień i cały czas mieszać aż zgęstnieje. Zdjąć z ognia, dodać 150g wiórek kokosowych i dokładnie wymieszać masę z kokosem.

Na pokrytej papierem blaszce układamy:

krakersy-masę-krakersy-masę-krakersy-masę-100g wiórek

Na gorącą patelnię wsypujemy około 50g wiórek i lekko je podprażamy aż się zarumienią. Na koniec wykładamy zarumienione wiórki.

Wstawić najlepiej na całą noc do lodówki.

Można również posypać płatkami migdałowymi.

A na jaką blaszkę wystarcza podana porcja? Na jakiej robiłaś? Chciałabym je zrobić w sobotę, mój świeżo upieczony mąż na pewno będzie zachwycony :-)

Ja robiłam na blaszce 24x24. No ale chyba już za późno na odpowiedź:)
