Ciasto rodzynkowo - kokosowe

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

- 1 kubek rodzynek
- 1 kubek ciepłej wody
- 1/2 łyżeczki olejku waniliowego

- 1,5 kubka mąki
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej

- 1/2 margaryny
- 1/2 kubka cukru
- 1 jajko

Na masę:
- 1/2 kubka wiórek kokosowych
- 1/2 kubka brązowego cukru
- 3 łyzki mleka w proszku
- 4 łyzki wody

Prepare instructions:

Do miski wsypujemy rodzynki, wode i olejek waniliowy. Wszystko mieszany i odstawiamy na bok.Bierzemy miskę wsypujemy mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i sodę.Wszystko mieszamy.Do kolejnej miski wrzucamy margaryne, cukier, jajko i wszystko dokładnie miksujemy. Dodajemy wszystko do wczesniej wymieszanej mąki z proszkeim do pieczenia i sodą. Wszystko nalezy bardzo dokładnie z sobą połączyc.Dodajemy takżeprzygotowane wczesniej rodzynki. Smarujemy brytfanke margaryna. Nastepnie ciasto równomiernie rozprowadzamy po powierzchni. Wstawiamy do piekarnika na 30 - 40 minut nagrzanego do 175 stopni. W miedzyczasie przugotowywujemy mase na wierzch ciasta. Wszystkie składniku na masę :wiórki, brązowy cukier, mleko w proszku i wodę dokładnie mieszamy . Tak powstała masą smarujemy ciasto z wierzchu. Zamiast cista mozna zrobic babeczki, będzie równiez bardzo dobre. Gotowe. Smacznego.
