ciasto szpinakowo twarogowe

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:

*1/2 szklanki oleju
*3/4 szklanki cukru
*3 jaja
*250g szpinaku mrożonego
*2 szklanki mąki pszennej
*2łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
*1 torebka cukru waniliowego

Na mase serową:

*1/2 kg twarogu śmietankowego
*400 ml śmietany kremówki
*2 śmietan fixy
*2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:

Olej zmiksować z cukrem i jajami.Osobno wymieszać rozmrożony i odcedzony z wody szpinak(można go nawet troche odparować na patelni),mąke,proszek do pieczenia i cukier waniliowy.Teraz wszystko delikatnie połączyć czyli mase szpinakową dodać do masy z olejem.Wymieszać i wyłożyć na blaszke. Piec w 180 stopniach przez 20 minut.Upieczone ciasto wystudzić i ściąć z góry placek grubości 0,5 cm.Pokruszyć go.Będze nam potrzebny na końcu.

MASA SEROWA:

Ser zmiksować z cukrem.
Mocno schłodzoną śmietane ubić mikserem ze śmietan fixami.Dodawać powoli do masy serowej.Wymieszać.Wyłożyć na ciasto.Udekorować góre pokruszonym ciastem szpinakowym.

intryguje mnie to ciacho i zrobię je na pewno...ale mógłby tu kto wkleić zdjęcie żeby było można sobie troszkę na nie popatrzeć?:)
