ciasto topione o różnorodnym zastosowaniu

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 kg maki
3 jaja
15 dag drożdży
2 kostki Palmy
mniej niz pół szkl mleka

w zależności do czego użyjemy:
dzem do rogalików
farsz mięsny, grzybowy, kapuściany do pasztecików

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiewamy, dodajemy rozkruszone drożdże, całe jaja, margarynę, mleko i wyrabiamy ciasto, aż będzie lśniące. Wrzucamy do gara z zimną woda i czekamy aż wypłynie.
Po wypłynięciu jeszcze raz dobrze wyrabiamy, podsypujac trrochę mąką.
Jeżeli robimy rogaliki wałkujemy okrągłe placki, dzielimy na 8 części nakladamy dżem, najlepiej wiśniowy z dużą ilością owoców i formujemy rogaliki. Pieką się piorunem w temp 200*C. Lukruje od razu po wyjęciu lukrem z odrobina aromatu arakowego.
To jest przepis mojej babci Zofii zresztą:D
Z tego ciasta robię też paszteciki z mięsem i kapuśniaczki.

Czy napewno na 1kg. mąki daje się aż 2 Palmy ? Wydaje mi sie, że to bardzo dużo

robiłam dawno, dawno temu "topielca" i pamiętam, że rzeczywiście był bardzo tłusty (chociaż w cieście tego nie czuć, jest bardzo smaczne)

ja robię to bez jaj ale dodaję 16 lyzek mleka ,reszta bez zmian ,pyszne i szbkie
