Ciasto truskawkowe z budyniem i galaretką

Ingredients:

CIASTO:
- 400 g mąki
- 250 g masła lub margaryny
- 200 g cukru
- 1 cukier waniliowy
- 6 jajek
- 3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 2 łyżki kakao
- 1/2 kg truskawek

POZA TYM:
-1 budyń waniliwy
- 400 ml mleka
- 200 g masła
- 50 g cukru
- 1 galaretka truskawkowa

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:
1. Ucieramy masło z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym. Dodajemy jajka, mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia i wszystko ucieramy lub miksujemy mikserem.
2. Połowę ciasta wylewamy do blachy wyłożonej pergaminem. Drugą połowę mieszamy z kakao, wylewamy na jasne ciasto i układamy truskawki (całe albo połówki- zależy jak są duże) lekko wciskając je w ciasto. Pieczemy 40 minut w 180 stopniach.

KREM:

3. Z 400 ml mleka gotujemy budyń. Studzimy.
4. Masło ucieramy z cukrem dodając stopniowo ostudzony budyń.
5. Galaretkę przygotowujemy wg. przepisu na opakowaniu.

I NA KONIEC:
6. Ostudzone ciasto smarujemy kremem a na to wylewamu lekko tężejącą galaretkę. Wstawiamy do lodówki.

Robię podobny, tylko że mleko dzielę na 3 części i do każdej dodaję inny kolor galaretki, czekam aż stężeje i następną - wtedy wychodzi taki różnokolorowy - ale przepis jest naprawdę prosty, a ciasto wychodzi pyszne

Mam pytanie: ten budyń ma być na 0,5l mleka czy ma 3/4l i czy ma być z cukrem czy bez cukru?

to ciasto jest przepyszne:) idealnie dobrane proporcje; POLECAM i dziekuje za przepis!!!
