ciasto z czekoladową niespodzianką

Ingredients:

4 jajka
9 łyżek cukru
1 i 1/2 szklanki mąki
8 łyżek oleju
8 łyżek zimnej wody
cukier wanilijowy
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 kg.jabłek
galaretka wiśniowa
czekolada mleczna
1 opak.okrągłych biszkoptów
galaretka pomarańczowa

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:
Białka ubić z odrobiną soli,pod koniec ubijania dodać 6 łyżek cukru i cukier wanilijowy.Nstp.po jednym żółtku, mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia.
Potem na przemian olej z wodą.Wymieszać,przelać na blaszkę i upiec.45 minut w temp.180.
Galaretkę pomarańczową rozpuścić w 1 i 3/4 szklanki wody.
Jabłka obrac i pokroić,zalać 4 łyżkami wody i uprażyć a nstp.wsypać galaretkę wiśniową,resztę cukru,mieszać,aż się rozpuści.kiedy masa lekko przestygnie,wyłożyć na upieczone ciasto.

Na cieścię ułożyć kawałki czekolady,położyć na nich biszkopty i zalać galaretką pomarańczową.
Można również czekoladę zetrzeć na tartce i łyżeczką kłaść pod każdy biszkopt.
