Ciasto z gruszkami 2

Ingredients:

2 szkl. mąki,
- pół szkl. cukru pudru,
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
- pół kostki margaryny,
- 1 jajko,
- 7-8 gruszek,
- pół cytryny.

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę, cukier, proszek do pieczenia wymieszać w misce dodać posiekane schłodzone masło i jajko, wszystko posiekać a następnie szybko ugnieść, kulę ciasta włożyć na pół godziny do lodówki. W tym czasie obrać gruszki przekroić na pół i wydrążyć gniazda nasienne, ponacinać i skropiś sokiem z cytryny. Ciasto wyjąć z lodówki podzielić na dwie cząści a proporcjach: 1/3 do 2/3. Większą częścią wyłożyć dno i ścianki tortownicy, ciasno ułożyć gruszki pozostałe zetrzeć na tarce i położyć na całych. Mniejszą cześc ciasta też zetrzeć na tarce i posyać nim gruszki. wstawiś do pieca i piec w temp. 200 stopni na złory kolor.

A może wystarczy ciasto z gruszkami, nie wątpię w to że jest pyszne ale w praktyce jest to kłopot z szukaniem , z pewnością łatwiej by było gdyby to było CIAST Z GRUSZKAMI pyszne.

Pozdrawiam i jeśli Ci to nie zrobi problemu to może uda się zmienić tytuł.
