Ciasto z jabłkami i galaretką

Ingredients:

CIASTO
4 jajka
20 dkg cukru pudru
1/2 kostki margaryny
20 dkg mąki
sok i skórka z jednej cytryny
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

JABŁKA
1 kg jabłek
1 szklanka cukru
cukier waniliowy
1/2 szklanki wody
3/4 szklanki kaszy mannej
1 łyżka masła
1 żółta galaretka

KREM
1 kostka margaryny
1 szklanka cukru pudru
1 cukier waniliowy
1 szklanka kwaśnej smietany

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO
Utrzeć margarynę, dodawać stopniowo cukier i żółtka. Dodać sok i skórkę z cytryny. Dodawać stopniowo mąkę z proszkiem. Ubić pianę z białek. Delikatnie dodać do ciasta. Piec w temp. 180 st przez 20-30 min.

JABŁKA
Jabłka zetrzeć na tarce. Wodę zagotować z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym aż powstanie syrop. Dodać jabłka i smażyć na małym ogniu przez kilka minut. dodać kaszę, masło i smazyć aż kasza rozgotuje się. Na koniec dodać galaretkę rozpuszczoną w 1/2 szklnki wrzącej wody. Gorące jabłka wyłożyć na ciasto

KREM
Utrzeć margarynę, dodawać stopniowo cukier i cukier waniliowy i stale ucierając dodawać po łyżce śmietany.

Krem wyłożyć na wystudzone jabłka. Przygotować galaretkę zgodnie z opisem na opakowaniu i kiedy zacznie tężeć zalać nią ciasto.

Mnie to ciasto bardzo smakowało - miła odmiana dla zwykłego jabłecznika :)
