Ciasto z jagodami i pianka

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
*0,75 szklanki mąki pszennej
*0,75 szklanki mąki krupczatki
*0,5 szklanki cukru
*10 dag masła lub margaryny
*2 żółtka
*1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa:
*30 dag jagód
*2 łyżki cukru
*1 łyżka mąki
*1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego

Pianka:
*2 białka
*3 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

1.Mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, cukier, żółtka i masło zagniatamy - wstawiamy na 30min do lodówki.
2.Formę smarujemy masłem i wykładamy papierem do pieczenia - wykładamy schłodzonym ciastem i wstawiamy do piekarnika na około 10 minut (180º C).
3.Jagody mieszamy z cukrem, cukrem waniliowym i mąką.
4.Ubijamy pianę z białek, na koniec dodajemy cukier i ubijamy.
5.Gorące ciasto wyciągamy na chwilę z piekarnika, do środka wykładamy jagody i przykrywamy pianą z białek.

Wstawiamy do piekarnika na około 30 minut (po 15 minutach można wyłączyć piekarnik z góry i piec tylko spód).

Zrobiłam je dzisiaj. Super przepis. Ciast jest prosne, bardzo szybko się robi. Bardzo ładnie prezentuje się gotowe. Smakuje rewelacyjnie. Na pewno zrobię jeszcze nie raz!!! Do dekoracji na talerzyk polecam śmietanę w areozolu. Ładnie ozdabia ciasto i świetnie smakuje razem.
