Ciasto z malinami i alkoholem dla dorosłych

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

4 jajka
1/2 kostki masła
10 dkg cukru
10 dkg gorzkiej czekoladay
15 dkg mielonych orzechów laskowych
10 dkg mąki
2 łyżki kakao
2 łyzeczku proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli
tłuszcz i bułka tarta do formy

Nadzienie:

50 dkg malin
kieliszek wódki
szklanka śmietany kremówki
1 łyżka cukru waniliowego
3 łyzki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Masło utrzec z cukrem na puch.Dodać żóltka.Roztopić czekoladę i z orzechami dodać do masy i wymieszać.Białka ubić na sztywną piane ze szczypta soli.Mąke ,kakao oraz proszek do pieczenia wymieszac i wraz z białkami dodać do masy żóltkowej.Ciasto wylać do tortownicy (26 cm) uprzednio przygotowanej.Piec ok.40 minut ,ostudzić.
Maliny umyć i osączyć.1/3 upieczonego ciasta ściąć i pokruszyć.Resztę ciasta skropić wódką i ułożyć na nim maliny.Smietanę z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym ubić na sztywno i wyłozyć na maliny.Posypać pokruszonym ciastem i cukrem pudrem.

Pycha jest wyśmienite.
