Ingredients:

Mąka 3,75 szklanki
cukier kryształ 1,5 szklanki
maślanka 1,5 szklanki
jaja 4 sztuki
proszek do pieczenia 4,5 łyżeczki
olej 0,75 szklanki
owoce {wedlug uznania}

Kruszonka

   0,75 szklanki maki
   0,75 szklanki cukru kryształu
   0,5 kostki masła{lub dobrej margaryny
   wiórki kokosowe 100gram
   olejek owocowy
   można dodać troszkę proszku do pieczenia

Zamiennik kruszonki-Kokos

budyń waniliowy 1 sztuka
masło 15 dkg
cukier kryształ 15 dkg
mleko 3 łyżki
wiórki kokosowe 5 dkg
białka 3

Prepare instructions:

Kruszonka
miękkie masło ucieram z z cukrem i mąką z proszkiem { łyżką drewnianą lub metalową }potem dodaję wiórki i zapach.Masa powinna być nie klejąca jak posypka.
Ciasto
mikserem ubijam jaja z cukrem na puch ,następnie już bez miksera dodaję ucierając ; maślankę ,mąke z proszkiem do pieczenia ,olej .
Następnie wylewam na blaszke [40x28] układam owoce i posypuję kruszonką.Piec35 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

Lub warstwa kokosowa
wszystkie składniki {oprócz białek}wrzucam do garnka i rozpuszczam ,uważając by nie gotować.Ostudzic i dodać do ubitych białek .Całość wymieszać ostrożnie i wyłozyc na ciasto z owocami.Nie dodajemy już kruszonki tylko po upieczeniu posypujemy cukrem pudrem.

Piec 35 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

Ciasto bardzo dobre. Trochę za dużó proszku do pieczenia ale za to ładnie wyrosło.
