Ingredients:

250 gr mrozonych owoców morza (mogą być same krewetki)
1 puszka śmietanki kokosowej
2-3 łyżeczki czerwonej albo zielonej pasty curry
1 ząbek czosnku
1 łyżeczka miodu
sól
oliwa

Pasty curry, które widziałam w Polsce. Używałam wszystkich, nam najbardziej odpowiada ta pierwsza.

Prepare instructions:

W woku trzeba podgrzać odrobinę oliwy, do tego wrzucić pastę curry - proponuję zacząć od dwóch łyżeczek i posiekany ząbek czosnku, wszystko razem podgrzewać przez chwilę. Gdy zacznie się rozchodzić charakterystczny zapach trzeba wrzucić owoce morza na dość dużym ogniu podsmażać energicznie mieszając. Po około 5 minutach wlać śmietankę kokosową, miód i posolić. Teraz można pokombinować z ostrością - dodać wiecej pasty curry, dosypać pieprzu cayenne, dorzucić papryczkę chilli. Posypać po wierzchu zieloną pietruszką

Nam najbardziej smakuje z brązowym ryżem i poppadomsami.

Na zdjęciu curry z krewetkami królewskimi. W ten sam sposób można zrobić curry z dowolną rybą lub drobiem.

Uwielbiam curry, krewetki jeszcze bardziej, często używam takich past do curry. Ląduje w ulubionych, bo wygląda smakowicie:)

jest poprostu... mmmmmmmmm ..plecam goraco wszystkim milosnikom krewetek i curry.. ja zrobilam to takze w wersji z ryba samkuje wybornie.
