Ingredients:

1/2 kg krewetek tygrysich
1/4 kostki masła
kieliszek białego wytrawnego wina
malutka papryczka chili.
sok z 1/2 cytryny lub limonki
3 ząbki czosnku
garść posiekanej pietruszki lub kolendry
sól, biały pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

krewetki rozmrażamy i osuszamy papierowym ręcznikiem
masło topimy na patelni
dodajemy do niego przeciśnięty przez prasę czosnek, papryczkę drobniutko pokrojoną oraz krewetki. Smażymy przez 3 minuty
podlewamy winem i zwiększamy ogień. Czekamy chwilkę aż płyn się zredukuje.
przyprawiamy do smaku solą i białym pieprzem
na koniec dodajemy pietruszkę liub kolendrę i natychmiast zdejmujemy z ognia
już na talerzu delikatnie skrapiamy sokiem z cytryny

Bardzo dobre
Ja jeszcze dodałam posiekaną świeżą kolendrę. Dosłownie paluszki lizać. Pozdrawiam

o tak kolendra to fantastyczny pomysł. Śmiało można zastąpić pietruszkę. Kiedyś robiłam z kolendrą ale niestety mąż za jej smakiem nie przepada zatem pietruszka gości u mnie częściej.
