Cytrynowy sernik na zimno

Ingredients:

- 6 łyżek masła
- 10-15 dag. biszkoptów
- galaretka o smaku cytrynowym
- 25 dag. twarogu śmietankowego
- 4 łyżki soku z cytryny
- 5 łyżek cukru
- cukier waniliowy
- 350 ml. śmietany kremówki
- kilka listków melisy

Prepare instructions:

1. spód - stopić masło, boszkopty pokruszyć, wymieszać z masłem. Na spód tortownicy wyłożyć "masę" biszkoptową, rozprowadzić na blasze, mocno przycisnąć i wstawić do lodówki.

2. masa - galaretkę rozpuścić w szklance wody, ostudzic. Twaróg utrzeć z sokiem cytrynowym, cukrem i cukrem waniliowym. Ubić śmietane.
gdy galaretka zacznie gęstnieć, dodać do niej najpierw masę serową, następnie bita śmietanę, na koniec pokrojoną melisę.
Gotowa masę rozsmarować na spodzie z biszkoptów. Wstawic na 3 godziny do lodówki

Przed podaniem można udekorować listkami melisy i śmietaną.

Aniu ciacho jest naprawdę pyszne - lekkie i niesłodkie. Wypróbowałam twoją wersję i obecnie zmieniam ją na różne sposoby. Polecam z galaretką truskawkową i przełożone ciasto owocami - jagodami i malinami, wówczas owoce wyglądaja jak zatopione w cieście. Pozdrawiam
