Ingredients:

-1 paczka biszkoptów-10 dag tartej czekolady-0,5 kostki masła-10 dag cukru pudru-1 żółtko-cukier waniliowy-filiżanka mocnej kawy-odrobina alkoholu (wódka, rum, koniak, brandy- do wyboru :))

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszać kawę z alkoholem. Otrzymanym ponczem nasączyć biszkopty i wyłożyć nimi niewielką formę.Masło utrzeć na pianę z żółtkiem i cukrem pudrem oraz cukrem waniliowym. Na końcu dodać 3 łyżki alkoholu i czekoladę. Kremem posmarować biszkopty. Przykryć kolejną warstwą biszkoptów, a później znowu krem. Przekładać aż do wyczerpania składników. Przed podaniem wstawić na co najmniej 2 godziny do lodówki.Deser ładnie wygląda, gdy ostatnią warstwę stanowi krem, posypany warstwą pokruszonych biszkoptów, ale dekoracja zależy oczywiście od inwencji twórczej każdego kucharza (lub kuchareczki :)). Deser bardzo smaczny ale dlaczego on jest zamieszczony w dziale "dla dzieci"???? Chyba że komuś nie przeszkadza to ze w składnikach jest alkohol i kawa :)))

Deser cieszy podniebienie. Ale przy takiej proprcji masła i żółtka nie ubijam ich na pianę tylko na krem i to może i lepiej tylko trzeba uważać, żeby dobrze namoczyć biszkopty. Poza tym cukier wanilinowy (waniliowy) nie rozpuszcza się w takiej konsystencji i temperaturze i potem troszkę "chrupie" pomiędzy zębami. Może lepiej albo zmielić ten cukier albo po prostu dodać ekstraktu waniliowego ?
