Domowa zapiekanka-tania i szybka

Ingredients:

1 op. puree ziemniaczanego (ostatnio robię z Knorra), 0,5 kg chudej kiełbaski (np. Podwawelska), 2 duże cebule, 1 p. groszku, koncentrat pomidorowy, 30 dag żółtego sera (utarty na tarce o dużych oczkach), sól,pieprz, papryka ostra, oregano albo lepiej zioła prowansalskie, oliwa.

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowuję puree w/g przepisu, dosmaczam solą i pieprzem. Wykładam do nasmarowanego oliwą naczynia. Na patelni podsmażam posiekaną cebulę (ewent. ząbek czosnku) i pokrojonąw półplasterki kiełbaskę. Dodaję osaczony z zalewy groszek i dodaję 2-3 łżki koncentratu pomidorowego. Podsmażam. Farsz doprawiam do smaku (u nas raczej na piekielnie ostro) i wykładam na puree. Posypuję tartym serem i zapiekam ok.20-30 minut w temp.180 st.C.

Można dodac kukurydzę, a i polac ketchupem. Moi panowie do ziemniaków mają ,,długie zęby", ale to danie rąbią, aż miło.

super przepis, a próbowałaś bez groszku? nie przepadam, więc chyba zastąpię go kukurydzą :) ląduje w ulubionych!

Ja ,,niestety" robię z groszkiem, bo Najlepszy z Mężów kukurydzy niet. Ale myślę, że pasuje!

Ja dzisiaj zrobiłam w wersji wegetariańskiej (zamiast kiełbasy pieczarki) i wyszła pyszna!!!
