Ingredients:

10dag drożdże
2 łyżeczki soli
3 szklanki letniej wody
6 szklanek mąki pszennej

Dodatki:
kminek 4 łyżeczki
słonecznik 0,5 szklanki
płatki owsiane 1 szklanka

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże wymieszać ze solą dodać wodę następnie mąkę oraz kminek , słonecznik i płatki owsiane .
Wszystko dokładnie wymieszać i odstawić do wyrośnięcia .
Ja robiłam to w gorącej kąpieli.
Piec w 200 c ok 40 minut.
Na wierzch chleba można położyć plasterki sera żółtego.

Chleb zrobiłam bez zaczynu po prostu wymieszałam wszystkie składniki , wyrosło i upiekłam.
Blaszka na ten chlebuś to kwadrat 24 cm.
