Drobiowe roladki z szynką i serem

Ingredients:

Składniki

5 piersi z kurcząt (po ok.10 dkg )
sól i 1,5 łyżeczki vegety
5 dkg masła ,olej,
10 dkg szynki ( najlepiej wędzona)
pomidor
10 dkg żółtego sera
2 jajka
natka pietruszki
2 brzoskwinie (mogą być z kompotu,puszki)
2 łyżki śmietany
2 łyżki mąki

Prepare instructions:

Mięso opłukać ,osuszyć i lekko rozbić tłuczkiem.Zólty ser i szynkę pokroić na 5 plastrów .Pomidor umyć,wyciąc nasadę szypułki i również pokroic w plastry. 5 gałazek natki pietruszki opłukać i osuszyć.Na każdym plastrze szynki ułożyc plaster sera,pomidora ,łodyżkę natki i płatek masła.Zrolować .Każda porcję owinąć płatem mięsa,spiąć wykałaczką i opruszyć vegatą .Przygotować ciasto.Wymieszać jajka,łyzkę mąki,szczyptę soli i smietanę.Roladki obtaczać w reszcie mąki,zanurzać w cieście i smażyć w oleju na złoty kolor.Przed podaniem udekorować plastrami brzoskwini .

Podawać z frytkami!

Robie podobne roladki ,tylko nie dodaje jajek do panierki,ale roladki sa pyyyyyyycha i robie je czesto,wlasnie dzis bede miala na obiad takie roladki to pozniej dam zdjecie.Pozdrawiam.
