Fasola po polsku

Ingredients:

30 dag białej fasoli, np. Jaś
2 suszone grzyby
2 średnie cebule
20 dag kiełbasy
10 dag wędzonego boczku
1 puszka pomidorów w całości
1/3 szklanki bulionu
1 łyżka tłuszczu
1 łyżka mąki
sól, pieprz,
majeranek i lubczyk

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę opłukac, zalać zimną wodą. Pozostawić na 12 godz. Ugotować do miękkości w wodzie, w której się moczyła. Pod koniec gotowania posolić. Odcedzić. Grzyby namoczyć w letniej wodzie na ok. 30 min. Odcedzić. Drobno pokroić. (Wodę po moczeniu zachować). Cebulę obrać, posiekać. Boczek i kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę. Tłuszcz roztopić w rondlu, zrumienić na nim boczek i cebulę. Dodać pomidory, fasolę, grzyby, kiełbasę, bulion i wodę, w której się moczyły grzyby. Przyprawić solą, pieprzem, majerankiem i lubczykiem. Gotować 20 min. Mąkę rozprowadzić odrobiną sosu, dodać do całości, wymieszać. Zagotować. Podawać z białym pieczywem.

Bardzo smaczna potrawa, ja robiłam bez grzybków bo mój mąż nie lubi gzrzybów. Typowo Polska. Polecam

Poszłam nieco na skróty dając fasolę z puszki. Reszta jak w przepisie. Smakowita.
