Zupa grzybowa z fasolą

Ingredients:

30-40 g suszonych grzybów
100 g fasoli
4 szklanki bulionu
2 jajka
2 średnie cebule
2 łyżki mąki
2 łyżki masła
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę przebrać, opłukać, namoczyć na noc. Grzyby również umyć, namoczyć. Fasolę i grzyby odcedzić, grzyby pokroić w paski. Grzyby i fasolę zalać bulionem, gotować 1 godz. Jajka ugotować na twardo. Cebule obrać, opłukać, pokroić w drobną kostkę. Masło rozgrzać na patelni, wrzucić cebulę, dodać mąkę, zrobić zasmażkę. Zasmażkę wlać do zupy, zagotować, przyprawić do smaku pieprzem i solą. Jajka obrać, pokroić w ćwiartki lub ósemki. Zupę podawać z jajkami.

Zupa bardzo dobra,zmieniłam tylko to,że zamiast jajka dałam ziemniaki

Robię tą zupę co roku na Wigilię. Na bulionie warzywnym i bez jajka. Wszystkim bardzo smakuje. Czekają na nią cały rok.

Jak u Mamy, też bez jajka, zamiast niego makaron wstążki. Pycha.
