Fasola z wieprzowiną po hiszpańsku

Ingredients:

40 dag bialej fasoli,
25 dag wieprzowiny,
1 średnia cebula,
1 ząbek czosnku,
200 ml przecieru pomidorowego,
6 plasterków hiszpańskiej kiełbasy czosnkowej ( można zastąpić czosnkowym salami),
oliwa z oliwek,
sól i pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę przebrać, umyć i namoczyć na noc. Następnego dnia ugotować na wolnym ogniu. Pod koniec gotowania posolić. Lekko przestudzić, odcedzić. Wieprzowinę oczyścić, umyć, pokroić w kostkę i zrumienić na oliwie. Obraną cebulę opłukać, drobno posiekać i wraz z przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem zrumienić na oliwie, dodać przecier pomidorowy, przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Dodać wieprzowinę, fasolę i pokrojoną w paseczki kiełbasę. Dusić pod przykryciem do miękkości mięsa.

pyszna fasola mimo ze nie dalam czosnkowego salami tylko zwykle .Dalam za to wiecej czosnku . Mam w ulubionych jeszcze kilka Twoich przepisów.Pozdrawiam

Dzięki za przepis.U mnie w domu fasola jest uwielbiana.Ciągle muszę gotować fasolkę po bretońsku,no a wszystko podawane często na stole może się przejeść,więc teraz będę miała Twój przepis pod ręką jako urozmaicenie.
