Ingredients:

półtora kg fasolki szparagowej
półtora kg pomidorów
1 kg cebuli
1 kg marchewki
0,5 szkl. oleju
sół, cukier do smaku,
szklanka octu

Prepare instructions:

Cebule pokroic w plastry marchewutrzec na tarce , fasolke pokroic na kawalki i obgotowac w osolonej wodzie
pomidory obrac ze skórki i pokroić w plastry
olej rozgrzac i udusic na nim cebule-- 15 minut
dodac marchewke i dusic dalej 15 min.
Dodac pomidory i fasolke i wszystko dusic -45 min.
Przed koncem dodac ocet, sól i cukier
przełożyć do słoiczków i pasteryzowac jeszcze 15 min

Przpis mnie zaciekawil zrobilam smaczne to nie bylo ale zmodyfikowalam przpis i dalamm mniej octu wyszlooo SUPER palace lizac

witam, fasolke gotujemy, smazymy 45min i jeszcze potem 15min? czy ona jeszcze wyglada jak fasolka czy jakas ciapa sie robi? i pytanie co do cebuli, smazymy 15min? nie zrobia sie chipsy? nie spali sie? 1rwszy raz robie fasolke do sloikow, stad pytania.pozdrawiam
