Ingredients:

na 4 porcje:
- 4 filety z dorsza po ok 180 g każdy
- 4 łyżki mąki
- 1 łyżeczka soli
- 1 łyżeczka oliwy
- 1 1/₂ dl (=150 ml) wody
- 1 białko

Prepare instructions:

wykonanie:
     wszystkie składniki (oprócz ryby) pomieszać razem - konsystencja ciasta naleśnikowego. rybe pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i umoczyć w cieście, na  patelnie wlać oliwe (olej) na wysokość 1 cm (może być troszke więcej), jak będzie gorąca kłaść obtoczone w cieście kawałki ryby i smażyć na złoty kolor.
     po usmażeniu kłaść na papier do odsiąknięcia tłuszczu i posypać solą.
     podawać z frytkami i sałatką

hm ... to ciasto na rybce jest trochę twardawe, dlaczego ?

Danie nie ma prawa byc w kuchni norweskiej. Jest to typowe danie z Wielkiej Brytanii, kiedys tradycyjnie podawane w gazecie i kropione octem!

Nalezy natychmiast wstawic przepis do kuchni angielskiej!!!
