Flądra z boczkiem

Ingredients:

4 sprawione flądry, 4 łyżki soku cytrynowego, 15 dag przerośniętego boczku, 2 cebule, 1 łyżka posiekanego koperku, 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki 1/2 łyżeczki soli, 1 łyżeczka bialego pieprzu, 2 łyżki mąki, 1 sparzona cytryna.

Prepare instructions:

Rybę opłukać pod bieżącą wodą, dokładnie osuszyć, skropić sokiem z cytryny i odstawić na ok. 10 min. Boczek pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę oczyścić i pokroić w krążki. Boczek wytopić na patelni i wyjąć. Cebulę zeszklić na tłuszczu wytopionym z boczku, wyjąć z patelni i wymieszać z boczkiem. Rybę osuszyć, oprószyć solą i pieprzem, obtoczyć w mące i smażyć na tłuszczu z boczku 2-4 min. z każdej strony, odstawić w ciepłe miejsce. Cebulę z boczkiem podgrzać na patelni, dodać zieleninę, wymieszać, sosem polać filety. Cytrynę pokroić w ćwiartki lub ósemki i ozdobić każdą porcję ryby.

Jadłam tak przyrządząną flądrę nad morzem w Niemczech.Naprawdę pyszna.Udane połączenie ryby z boczkiem.Teraz od czasu do czasu robię to danie w domu.Polecam.
