Flądra z sałatką warzywną

Ingredients:

1 kg mieszanych mrożonych warzyw,
6-8 łyżek oleju,
6 łyżek octu winnego
sól, pieprz,
3 łyżeczki cukru,
2 łyżki ziaren sezamu,
4 filety z flądry,
1 jajko,
2 łyżki mąki,
3 łyżki bulki tartej,
tłuszcz do smażenia,
plastry cytryny do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Mrożone warzywa ugotować wg wskazówek na opakowaniu, następnie odcedzić. wywar zachować. Warzywa ostudzić. Olej wymieszać z octem, cukrem i wywarem z warzyw. Doprawić solą, pieprzem i cukrem, sosem polać warzywa. Ziarna sezamu uprażyć na suchej patelni teflonowej i posypać warzywa. Filety z flądry opłukać, osuszyć, oprószyć solą i pieprzem. Jajo rozkłócić. Rybę obtoczyć w mące, zanurzyć w jaju, obtoczyć w bułce tartej, panierkę docisnąć. Filety smażyć na tłuszczu na Kolor ztocistobrązowy, ok. 4 minut z każdej strony. Usmażoną flądrę, udekorowaną plasterkami cytryny i ewentualnie natką pietruszki, podawać z sałatką warzywną.
