Gołąbki z grzybami

Ingredients:

główka kapusty
szklanka ryżu
2 cebule,łyżka masła
7 dkg.suszonych grzybów
łyżka posiekanej natki piertuszki
sól,pieprz

sos: łyżka masła
       łyżeczka mąki
       wywar grzybowy
       pól szkalnki śmietany

Prepare instructions:

Umyte grzyby zalać zimną wodą i pozostawić na noc,po czym ugotować,odcedzić i posiekać.Drobno pokrojoną cebulę udusić na maśle.Ryż ugotować na sypko i wymieszać z grzybami,cebulą i natką - doprawić solą i pieprzem.Kapustę sparzyć,rozdzielić liście i napełnić je farszem.Na dno naczynia włożyć pól łyżeczki masła i 2 liście kapusty,ułożyć gołąbki,zalać połową wywaru z grzybów i dusić około 1 godz.pod przykryciem.Zrobić zasmażkę z masła i mąki,rozprowadzić resztą wywaru z grzybów,zabielić śmietaną.Wlać sos do gołąbków,chwilkę pogotować.Podawać z chlebem,polane sosem.

odkrywcze to to nie jest :P tak jak wy farsz będize sypki jak cholera rozpieprzaja sie te głąby w garze

Dodaj do farszu surowe jajo,potem zwawijaj w kapustę.Zobaczysz, będą dobre.Oczywiście,koniecznie zalewać trzeba bardzo gorącą zalewą-w tym przepisie wywarem z grzybów-ale można też bulionem, ważne, aby był gorący.Potem powoli gotować, choć raczej powinny tylko lekko bulgotać.Spróbuj, napewno Ci się uda.Powodzenia!
