Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto

---------------------------------

3 szklanki mąki krupczatki

5 łyżek cukru

1 cukier waniliowy

1 kostka margaryny

3 łyżki smietany

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

5 jajek

zapach waniliowy

PIANA

-------------------

2 budynie waniliowe

5 sztuk białek ( te od żołtek)

ok 1 szklanki cukru

cukier waniliowy

1 kilogram jabłek najlepiej kwaśnych ( ja daje szarą renete )

,cynamon troche cukru.

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE

Mąka , proszek do pieczenia , żółtka ( białka odstawić w chłodne miejsce )

cukier, śmietana ,cukier waniliowy, margaryna oraz szczypta soli.

Wyrobić ciasto na jednolitą masę

Podzielić ciasto na 1/3 tą odłożyć w chłodne miejsce a 2/3 ciasta rozwałkować i ułóżyc na blachę, ponakłuwać widelcem.

Na ciasto wyłożyć starte wcześniej i odciśnięte z soku jabłka.Do jablek dodać trochę cukru i cynamonu.( JA DODALAM ) Jeżeli chcecie osiągnąć bardziej zwartą konsystencję, można dodać do jabłek galaretki ( cytrynową lub agrestową),albo żelatyny.

Z białek ubić pianę, dodając po woli cukier i budynie, Gęstą pianę nalożyć na jablka.

Z tej 1/3 ciasta skubać i ułkadać na wierzch kawałeczki

Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika piec w temp.180-200 st 50 minut.

Wyglada świetnie-ląduje w ulubionych a czy można zamiast krupczatki dać makę tortową?

Taki przepis dostalam, nie wiem czy warto zmieniać mąkę:)
